Getting Pre-Approved

Before you start looking, it’s important to know what you can afford. We have great lender partners that can help you navigate the mortgage process. Once you speak with a lender, you will know what type of loan you qualify for, how much you need for a down payment, and what your price range is. 

 

If we get in a multiple offer situation, your pre-approval may seal the deal for your offer being accepted. This shows the seller that you are serious about buying their home. 

 

Making the Best Offer

On average, there were over 3 offers for every home sold in August. Our initial offer must be competitive, or it may not even be considered. We need to determine what can make your offer more enticing, like having as few contingencies as possible, being flexible on the move-in date, and having a strong, competitive offer price.
